Contract Negotiation & Transfers

On behalf of the Player a Licensed Players Agent will conduct contract negotiations to ensure the best deal is achieved for the Player. Seven Sport is committed to detail in negotiations and creative in its solutions at all levels of negotiations and has experience of top level Premier League contracts, yet applies these principles to all contract negotiations no matter what the league or what stage the Player is at in his career. In other words, no matter where the Player finds himself he will have high level experience going into his contract negotiations.

The management of transfers on behalf of a player may be the pre cursor to contract negotiations and Seven Sport is experienced in all levels of transfers from free transfers to multi million pound deals. Our objective is always to make sure the transaction is handled in the most professional manner with the Player kept completely up to speed with all matters relating to his transfer.

The modern game utilises the loan market extensively and a developing player may seek to gain experience and game time away from his parent club. We can assist in identifying loan opportunities for the player where appropriate in conjunction with his club.

In addition to acting on behalf of a Player Seven Sport can and does act for clubs in regard to Player transfers. In addition we can act in placing players on behalf of clubs and consulting as to potential suitability of new Players.

Sponsorship & Endorsements

Having developed relationships with all major sportswear brands, we can secure off pitch earnings for Players who reach marketable levels and in the meantime introduce those Players to brands who have potential to get to that level. In addition, Seven Sport has relationships in other commercial activity markets and can therefore secure a wide range of endorsement deals for Players where this is appropriate. As the Player's Football Agents we can plan and execute a sponsorship and endorsement strategy to get the optimum level of off pitch earnings.

At Seven Sport we have good relationships within the media, which is based on a mutual respect and so we like to think that we can assist our Players with their profile at times when it might be needed during their career. As a successful Football Player media interaction is part and parcel of the game and at Seven Sport we recognise this and consider it our role to provide guidance and handling of media matters.

Seven Sport utilises the services of the leading sports law firm. Who, in addition to representing clubs and players in most of the high profile cases that come to light, also advise the FA and the Premier League amongst other leading football organisations.

This gives our clients access to first rate advice on all taxation and accountancy matters in addition to ensuring appropriate structures are in place where necessary to maximise the value of the Player's Images Rights.

Seven Sport clients are offered access to expert financial advise covering all possible Player requirements in this field, from mortgages and pensions, to investments and financial planning.
